Consider a horoscope in which Moon is in Virgo at 25° 10’. This means that Moon is in Chitra Nakshatra which is ruled by Mars. The first Dasha therefore, for this person will be of Mars and will be followed by Rahu, Jupiter, Saturn, Mercury, Ketu, Venus, Sun and Moon in that order. This order always remains fixed. It never changes.
In the next Blog we shall take a look at Dasha remaining at the time of birth and how to calculate it.
